Getting Started
How do I create a CODDone account?▾
Visit app.coddone.com and click "Get Started". Enter your email, name, and business details. After signing up, sign the service agreement in Settings > Agreement and your account manager will activate your seller account.
What countries does CODDone operate in?▾
CODDone operates in 11 Latin American markets: Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and Paraguay.
Is there a minimum order volume to get started?▾
No. You can start with any volume. However, higher volumes unlock better fee rates through our Seller Level system (Starter, Grower, Scaler, Leader).
Products & Leads
How do I add a product?▾
Go to Products > Add Product. Enter the product name, price, country, and currency. Submit for review. Once approved by the admin team, you can start adding leads for that product.
What are the ways to add leads?▾
You can add leads manually (one at a time), import a CSV file (bulk upload), connect a store (Shopify, WooCommerce, LightFunnels, YouCan), or use the REST API for custom integrations.
What happens after I add a lead?▾
The lead enters the pipeline as "Pending". Our call center contacts the customer to confirm the order. Depending on the outcome, the lead moves to Confirmed, Cancelled, No Reply, Wrong, or Scheduled.
Orders & Delivery
How are orders created?▾
Orders are created automatically when a lead is confirmed by the call center. The order inherits the lead ID and enters "Processing" status. You do not need to create orders manually.
How do I track my orders?▾
Go to Orders to see all your orders. Each order shows its status, courier, tracking number, and delivery attempts. Click any order for full details including timeline and fees.
What happens when an order is returned?▾
If a customer refuses delivery, the order is marked "Returned" with a reason. Return Processing Fees may apply per your fee schedule. Returned orders are never charged the Delivered Order Fee.
Wallet & Payments
How does the wallet work?▾
Your CODDone wallet tracks all money flowing in (COD collections from delivered orders) and out (service fees and withdrawals). Your available balance is shown on the dashboard and Wallet page.
How do I withdraw my money?▾
Go to Wallet > Withdraw. First add a withdrawal method (bank account or mobile money) in Settings > Withdrawal methods. Then request a withdrawal specifying the amount. Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days.
What fees does CODDone charge?▾
Fees depend on your seller level and country. Common fees include: Entered Lead Fee, Confirmed Lead Fee, Delivered Order Fee, COD Collection Fee, and Return Processing Fee. Exact rates are visible in your dashboard's fee simulator.
Integrations
How do I connect my Shopify store?▾
Store connections are coming soon. Open Integrations in the sidebar to see LightFunnels, Shopify, YouCan, Google Sheets, Dropify, X Page, ScalerDash, and WordPress. Until then, add leads manually, import a CSV, or use the REST API.
Can I use the API to send leads?▾
Yes. Open Integrations in the sidebar, create an API key, then POST leads to the REST API. Set up webhook endpoints on the same page to receive real-time notifications about status changes.
Account & Support
How do I contact my Account Manager?▾
Your Account Manager's details (name, email, phone, WhatsApp) are displayed on your dashboard. You can reach them directly for any questions about your account or operations.
How do I change my password?▾
Go to Settings > Profile. You can update your password through the authentication settings. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Where can I see my invoices?▾
Go to Invoices to see all your billing history. Click any invoice to view the fee breakdown. You can print invoices directly from the detail page.
