Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CODDone platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including sellers, staff, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

CODDone provides end-to-end Cash on Delivery (COD) logistics services across Latin America, including product sourcing, warehousing, call center operations, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and cash collection. The Service is accessed through our web platform at coddone.com and related subdomains.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Seller Obligations

As a seller, you agree to: (a) provide accurate product information and pricing; (b) maintain adequate stock for active products; (c) comply with product listing guidelines; (d) respond to confirmation requests within designated windows; (e) not list prohibited or illegal items.

5. Fee Schedule & Payment

Fees are determined by your seller level and country of operation. Fee types include Entered Lead Fees, Confirmed Lead Fees, Delivered Order Fees, Return Processing Fees, and other service charges as outlined in your dashboard. Returned orders are never charged the Delivered Order Fee.

Cash collected from COD deliveries is credited to your CODDone wallet after courier settlement. Applicable fees are deducted automatically. Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days of approval.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CODDone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your product listings and business data.

7. Limitation of Liability

CODDone facilitates logistics but does not guarantee sales conversion or delivery success. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, outstanding balances and pending withdrawals will be settled per the payment terms. CODDone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Modifications

CODDone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days advance notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
